Articles 153 to 167 of the Constitution of India deal with the provisions regarding the State Executive. |

The salaries and allowances of the Ministers are determined by the act of the State Legislature and charged on the Consolidated Fund of the State. |

State Council of Minister has the power to proclaim ordinances in the name of Governor during the recess of Legislative Assembly. |
