Circulatory System

There are 8 pairs of heart in Earthworm.
The heart that pumps blood into lungs for oxygenation is called Pulmonary Heart.
In Earthworm coelomic fluid is present between bodywall and alimentary canal.
Alary muscles are present in Cockroach. The are in fan shape.
Blood flows in the spaces called sinuses in cockroach.

In amphibians deoxygenated blood is collected into Caval Veins. Caval veins are united to form Sinus venosus.
Deoxygenated blood in fishes is collected into Sinus Venosus.
The blood of earthworm is red in colour. It consists water, salts and white blood cells but red blood cells are absent.
